The Challenge

ECBYO’s outdated website was cluttered and difficult to navigate, frustrating users and leaving them unable to easily browse or book properties.

Competing with national platforms like Airbnb and VRBO further highlighted the gap in usability and overall design quality, making it challenging for ECBYO to attract and retain users.

The Solution

In addition to a rebrand, I developed a streamlined UX strategy to simplify navigation, improve search functionality, and make property details more accessible. The redesigned site features a modern interface that balances familiarity with ECBYO’s unique identity. Clear pathways for renters and property owners ensured usability across audiences, while the refreshed brand elevated ECBYO’s credibility in a competitive market.

The Impact

The site is still in development with a planned launch in 2025, and the redesign positions ECBYO for significant growth and improved user satisfaction. The updated UX strategy and design are expected to streamline navigation, enhance property visibility, and create a more seamless booking experience for users.

For property owners, the enhanced tools will simplify listing management and improve engagement. Once live, the revamped site aims to establish ECBYO as a credible regional competitor to national platforms, meeting the needs of its expanding audience.
