Myte’s initial designs, inherited from another agency, lacked cohesion and left critical functionalities undefined. This created challenges for both the user experience and the development timeline, requiring careful prioritization to move the product forward toward launch.
The Solution
I designed the remaining screens needed to complete the app, focusing on intuitive flows for donating, tracking contributions, and discovering nonprofits. By streamlining complex giving processes into simple, actionable steps, the app became a user-friendly solution for both casual and recurring donors. Regular collaboration with the product and engineering teams ensured smooth handoffs and alignment throughout the project.
